- Should have hands on experience on: Object Oriented Design including Use cases, Class and sequence diagrams and UML notation.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Technologies including Asp.NET with C#.
- Good knowledge of OOAD, Database designing and SDLC.
- Experience in implementing technologies like: COM,COM+,XML,XSL,Web Services,SOAP and SQL server.
- Should have knowledge on all Microsoft Technologies like Sharepoint Portal, Biztalk, Commerce, CRM, Project etc.
- Must have a strong background in the design and development of large internet or client server systems or should have the complete software development life cycle exposure.
- Ability to interpret business system design specifications.
- Any prior experience of working in a big development architecture would be an added advantage.
- Experience with technical writing with the ability to prepare technical design specifications.
- Should have the potential to grasp new technologies and concepts quickly.
- Should have what it takes to communicate ideas and information effectively to a wide variety of people.
- Good analytical skills with a positive attitude will always be a huge plus.
